Asensi Abogados founder and managing partner Santiago Asensi was one of a number of European speakers to be invited to address the IMGL’s spring conference in Napa, California in April. Their chosen topic was Global Legal Frameworks and Asensi was joined by Luís Portela de Carvalho, Head of Legal at Clever Advertising and Gonzalo Perez, CEO of Apuesta Total to discuss whether a global approach supports operators’ actions to prevent fraud related to player account frauds, match fixing, the use of bots and other activities that put in risk the integrity and fairness of the industry and player protection.
