Carmen Arjona joined Asensi Abogados in September 2025.
Prior to joining the firm, she worked at RCD, a leading Spanish law firm, where she advised startups and tech companies throughout their growth and investment journeys. Her practice focused on M&A, venture capital and corporate transactions, including early-stage investments and regulatory matters.
In addition to her corporate work, Carmen has experience in real estate transactions, such as asset deals, property sales, lease assignments (non-residential) and declarations of old buildings (“obra nueva antigua”). She also supported a major tech company in negotiating R&D collaborations and intellectual property matters, particularly regarding ownership of foreground IP and innovation outputs.
She has also been involved in legal due diligence processes and regularly drafted and reviewed commercial agreements, shareholder agreements, and investment documentation.
