Colombia

In 2015, Asensi Abogados won the public tender organized by Coljuegos (the Colombian Gambling Regulator) to advise on the first complete online gambling regulations in Latin America. The resulting regulatory environment went on to be considered by independent experts as one of the best online regulatory regimes anywhere in the world.

In 2016, we opened a branch in Bogota, Colombia, with a highly qualified and experienced local team. From this office we represent the interests of our international clients, rendering the same range and quality of services as we do in Spain.
